Cancellation Policy
• Rescheduling/Cancellations: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.
• Late Cancellations/Same-Day Changes: Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 30% of the services booked. The services will be canceled, and this fee cannot be applied toward future appointments.
• Late Arrivals: If you anticipate running late, please call us immediately. We offer a 15-minute grace period. Arriving more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time will be considered a "No-Show."
• No-Shows: "No-Show" appointments will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the services booked.
• Service Sales: All sales on completed services are final, and we do not offer monetary refunds. However, your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are unsatisfied with a completed service, please contact us within [3 to 7 days] of your original appointment so we can schedule a complimentary adjustment or correction.
